CONDITION :

Two 1 cm white patches of print loss within the black silhouette of the roofs, two tiny edge tears and mild edge wear on the left edge, tiny spot of blu-tac residue on the bottom edge, very mild edge wear/creasing on the right edge, a little blu-tac residue along the top edge, two small pinhole tears near the top left corner, 2 cm pinhole tear near the top right corner, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), light creasing around the corners, surface is lightly wrinkled throughout, blu-tac has been removed from the back of the corners and back of the top center taking a little surface paper with it and the back of a couple of the fold lines have browned plus the title has been written on the back in Biro (all only noticeable on the front if the poster is held to light/backlit), otherwise good.
