CONDITION :

2 cm tear across the top right corner, two additional 2 cm tears on the top edge along with a couple of tiny tears and mild creasing, 3 cm tear along with a couple of tiny tears and mild edge wear/creasing on the left edge, 1 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the bottom edge along with mild creasing, 2 cm tear and a 1 cm tear along with a couple of extremely tiny tears and moderate creasing on the right edge, two creases across the bottom right corner, two pinholes near every corner, 2 cm ”V” shaped pinhole tear near the top center, additional vertical fold line near the right edge, finger grease marks around the edges, surface is fairly wrinkled throughout, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), creasing between some of the fold intersections, title written on the back in Biro and there are a few grubby marks also on the back (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise okay.
