CONDITION :

9 cm tear from the left edge across towards the title (has some tape on the back), small tear also on the left edge, numerous small white surface creases near the left edge (mostly between the edge and the zombies… There are a couple creases within the zombies), tiny tear and extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, some light surface creases near the right edge including a couple of tiny white stress marks, small finger mark near the bottom center, otherwise good.
