CONDITION :

9 cm tear on the left edge (near bottom), a couple of small dark print marks on and around the top edge (near right corner), a little dark print on the tip of the bottom edge (left of the left vertical fold line), light creasing around the top and bottom of the center vertical fold line, additional creasing around the bottom half of the vertical fold lines (due to being folded out of alignment and re-folded), light additional horizontal fold line just above the center fold (making a total of four horizontal folds and three vertical), light creasing around and between some of the fold intersections, otherwise good.
