CONDITION :

Small crease across the tip of the top left corner, 5 cm vertical white crease line and some additional creasing around the top of the left edge, 9 cm light diagonal surface crease just left of the ALWAYS text at the top, tiny tear and a couple of extremely tiny creases on the right edge, two extremely faint vertical creases/indentation lines from the top edge down into the top lip of the mask (only noticeable at certain viewing angles and will probably dropout), otherwise very good!.
