CONDITION :

7 cm vertical tear at the bottom of the center vertical fold line (has acid free tape on the back), three tiny tears on the left edge, 1 cm tear along with approximately 4 tiny tears and very mild creasing on the right edge, very mild fold wear (stress marks on some of the fold lines and around the intersections), otherwise very good.
