CONDITION :

9 cm diagonal tear from the top edge downwards (near right corner), 1 cm tear on the top edge (near left corner), very mild fold wear (light stress marks on some the fold lines and creasing around some of the intersections), 1 to 3 pinholes near every corner (some have torn slightly), two pinholes near the top of the right vertical fold line, pinhole within the bottom right of the Cauldron, diagonal crease from the right fold intersection on the center horizontal fold across to just below the center of the poster, pinhole near the left edge (just below the top horizontal fold line), slight Browning/a few faint Brown patches of damp on the back of the bottom half of the right vertical fold line and the right quarter of both the center and bottom horizontal folds (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), tiny Brown patch of damp on the back of the top right of the poster (again only noticeable if on the front if backlit), some light surface creasing just below the top edge, otherwise very good, and in my opinion the tear could easily be repaired.
