Two small tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge (mostly near the right corner), tiny tear at the top of the right edge, two extremely tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge (mostly near left corner), very light vertical crease from top to bottom right next to the right edge (possibly an indentation crease from a frame), some very light surface creasing near the left edge, otherwise very good.
