CONDITION :

2 cm tear on the top edge (has tape on the back), extremely mild creasing also along the top edge (a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creasing), light creasing across the top corners (again some dark print has transferred onto this), a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing at the bottom of the left edge, mild creasing at the bottom of the right edge, tiny tear and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, otherwise Very Good!
