CONDITION :

Light diagonal crease across the top left corner, mild creasing on the top edge (left of center), mild creasing on the bottom edge (near right corner), tiny white crease spot near the bottom right corner, some additional creasing around the top half of the left vertical fold line due to it being folded slightly out of alignment and refolded, very mild fold wear (additional creasing around some of the fold intersections), title has been written on the back of the top edge in Biro (the pressure from the pen has lightly embossed the surface on the front), otherwise very good!
