4 x 1 cm piece and a 3 x 1 cm piece torn from the bottom edge (right), small tear and mild creasing also on the bottom edge, small tear and mild creasing on the left edge, six tiny tears and very mild creasing on the top edge, a few light surface creases near the side edges, light surface creasing around the top center, a few small random white surface creases here and there, otherwise good.
