CONDITION :

2 cm wide water damage down most of the spine of the booklet (this has caused some discolouration on the front edge area and some surface paper loss on the back edge area along with very slight discolouration and tiny slither of print either side of the spine on the inside, numerous small scuff lines throughout the front cover along with a few tiny indentations, extremely mild edge wear, otherwise okay.
** note the booklet is four pages, which comprise of the front, back and inside spread of a single sheet machine folded in half. **
