CONDITION :

2 cm tear and very mild edge wear on the left edge, small crease across the bottom left corner, three extremely tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and around the fold intersections), a few tiny white speckles in the black background, surface creasing between some of the fold intersections, title has been written on the back of the bottom left corner which has slightly embossed the front, otherwise good.
