CONDITION :

Small tear on the top edge, extremely tiny piece torn from the tip of the top right corner, 4 cm crease across the bottom right corner with some additional creasing to the corner tip, 7 cm horizontal crease through the bottom left corner with some additional creasing around the tip, very faint 7 x 1 cm water stain on the bottom left corner, approximately three tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the left edge, otherwise very good.
