Moderate creasing to the top of the left edge, two small edge tears on the left edge, a few tiny dark print marks at the top of the left edge, approximately ten extremely tiny edge tears on the bottom edge (left), tiny edge tear on the right edge along with some mild creasing, crease across top right corner, three tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the top edge, additional fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment including a long “V” shaped crease at the top of both the left and right vertical fold lines, surface is fairly creased throughout, Otherwise Good.
