CONDITION :

Two 1 cm white crease lines and a couple of tiny tears on the top edge (left), 1.5 cm tear at the center of the right edge, extremely mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, a couple of tiny creases on the left edge, some light surface creasing near the right edge including a couple of tiny white stress marks near the center of the edge, very light surface creasing near the left edge (within the sky area), two small blu-tac grease marks within the hand and sleeve on the left and two more blu-tac grease marks just right of the hand on the right, patch of Sellotape on the back of the bottom left corner area (no apparent reason why), a little blu-tac grease on the back of the corners (not noticeable on the front), otherwise very good.
