Small tear and mild creasing along the top edge, very mild creasing on the right edge, very slight yellowing around the edges and fold lines, tiny tear at the bottom of the left edge, extremely mild fold wear (additional creasing around couple of the fold lines and intersections), a couple of small patches of dark print? on the back of the tip of the top edge (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good.
