CONDITION :

Extremely mild edge wear at the top of the right vertical fold line, 4 cm vertical crease near the top of the right edge, 1 cm tear at the center of the right edge, small tear and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, two tiny white spots of print loss in the bottom blue border (left of the left vertical fold line), extremely mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the center and right fold intersections along with some light stress marks on the fold lines and intersections, tiny white surface crease in the blue background near the top left corner, otherwise excellent!
