CONDITION :

Extremely tiny tear on the top edge (near left corner), faint 5 cm fine vertical scuff line near the top of the right edge, tiny tear on the right edge, 2 cm crease within the right blue border along with a couple of smaller creases, mild edge wear around the bottom of the left and right vertical fold lines, tiny white crease spot near the bottom of the left blue border, very mild fold wear (a few light stress marks on the fold lines plus creasing around some the fold intersections), otherwise excellent!
