1.5 cm tear across the tip of the top left corner, small tear with a small white crease below it on the top edge (near left corner), a couple of extremely tiny creases near the bottom of the right edge, very light surface creasing near both side edges including a couple of tiny white stress marks near the right edge, otherwise very good.
