CONDITION :

Tiny piece torn from the tip of the top edge with a 1 cm tear emanating from it (near left corner), a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing also on the top edge, 2 cm tear on the bottom edge (near right corner), light surface creasing around the bottom left corner area, a few tiny white creases/scratch spots near the bottom edge (mostly within the Elf’s clothing), a couple of tiny white surface creases near the left edge, otherwise good.
