CONDITION :

Heavy creasing around the top left corner area including a 1 cm tear at the top of the left edge, two tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the remainder of the top edge, approximately 2 tiny tears and moderate creasing on the bottom edge (heavier on the right), small crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, very faint horizontal line of creasing completely across the poster (in the sky above the sign where there are also a couple tiny white surface creases), otherwise good.
