Tiny tear and very mild creasing on the top edge, tiny spot of red print on the tip of the top right corner, tiny tear and mild creasing to the bottom right corner, extremely mild creasing to the side and bottom edges, mild fold wear (a few white stress marks on the fold lines… Note there are three horizontal fold lines), otherwise very good.
