16cm tear from the left edge to the top of the first “B” in the title, 2cm edge tear and a tiny edge tear also on the left edge, 2cm edge tear and mild edge wear on the bottom edge, tiny edge tear on the right edge, moderate creasing around the top edge (mostly to the right), two long creases across the top left corner section, a few small white crease lines here and there, mild fold wear, Otherwise OK.
