2 cm white crease line and a couple of smaller creases near the bottom of the right edge, 1.5 cm tear on the bottom edge (near right corner), 2 cm white crease at the center of the bottom edge, a few tiny white creases around the bottom center and just above the RETURNS text, tiny tear and mild creasing on the left edge, otherwise very good.
