CONDITION :
Small tear at the center of the bottom edge, the back of the left and center vertical fold lines have browned (darker Browning on the left fold which is visible on the front.. particularly in the white background area at the top), very slight Browning to the bottom of the right vertical fold line, very mild fold wear including additional creasing around the left vertical fold line and some of the intersections, otherwise very good!
