CONDITION :

Blu-tac grease/residue near every corner, patchy vertical band of blue print from top to bottom (through the reviews on the right), three small tears and mild creasing on the top edge, 2 cm tear and approximately 11 tiny tears on the bottom edge along with moderate creasing (little dark print has transferred onto a couple of the creases), patch of grease staining from a rubber band just above the center of the left edge, otherwise okay (central image is very good.)
