Three extremely tiny tears and very mild creasing on the top edge, 1 cm tear at the bottom of the left edge, light diagonal crease across the bottom left corner, 1 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the bottom edge along with mild creasing, mild fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines), a few tiny light blue spots within the blue background near the bottom of the left edge, some light surface creases near the side edges, otherwise very good.
