CONDITION :

Horizontal fold completely across the center of the booklet (through every page), very light creasing to the bottom left corner (through every page), small brownish stain at the bottom of the spine of the center page which is surrounded by very faint 5 x 3 cm water stain (this is very lightly visible on the bottom left corner on the front), otherwise very good.
** note the booklet is four pages, which comprise of the front, back and inside spread of a single sheet machine folded in half. **
