4 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, 3 cm diagonal crease and a smaller crease across the top right corner (both have thick stress marks on them), two small tears and mild creasing on the right edge, 1 cm tear and mild creasing on the bottom edge, several small white surface creases near the right edge, otherwise good.
