CONDITION :

Extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, 2 cm tear along with a couple of tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, 1 cm tear and a tiny tear on the left edge, 2 cm diagonal white surface crease near the bottom right corner, some light surface creasing near the left edge including several small white stress marks between the edge and the first letter of the title, a couple of small white surface creases near the top of the left edge, otherwise good.
