Bottom edge appears to have been cropped by approximately 1 cm, extremely mild edge wear along the top and right edges, mild fold wear including stress marks on the fold lines (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), two surface creases either side of center of the left edge across to the center of the poster, several light surface creases near both side edges, otherwise good.
