2 cm tear plus a 1 cm tear and three smaller tears on the top edge along with moderate creasing, 3 cm crease across the top right corner, crease across the tip of the top left corner, mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, crease across the tip of the bottom right corner, numerous small white surface creases in the black background around the right edge and a couple near the left edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines) note there are three horizontal fold lines, otherwise good.
