CONDITION :

5 cm tear from the left edge (has been taped up from the back), 1 cm piece torn from the bottom edge (near right corner), 3 cm edge tear and a couple of smaller tears along with heavy creasing on the bottom edge (mostly to the right), two tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the top edge, several small surface creases near both side edges, otherwise good.
