Approximately 9 tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, two extremely tiny tears and extremely mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, some light scuffing near the bottom edge (the edge may have become slightly damp at some point but there is no apparent staining), two small creases across the bottom left corner, a little blu-tac grease/residue near each corner, a few light small surface creases here and there, otherwise good.
