CONDITION :

Top edge appears to have been cropped by approximately 1 cm, creasing between the left edge and the left vertical fold line (just under the Albert Brooks credit), additional creasing around some of the fold lines (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds… Someone are not particularly straight), slight Browning to the back of the center horizontal fold line (this is lightly visible on the front just above the title), otherwise good.
