CONDITION :

Extremely mild creasing on the top and right edges, tiny crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, additional creasing around the right vertical fold line (due to being folded slightly out of alignment and refolded), crease between the center and right vertical fold lines (just below the center horizontal fold line), small light patch of surface creasing around the top of the left vertical fold line, extremely mild fold wear (creasing around some the fold intersections) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, otherwise excellent!
