CONDITION :

Two 7 cm jagged tears down through the top edge (near the right corner) these look as though a staple was ripped through to the edge (there are some tiny spots of paper loss within the tears), small tear at the top of the right vertical fold line, tiny tear and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, crease across the bottom right corner, approximately 6 to 8 pinholes/staple holes near every corner (some are several inches inward from the edges and some have torn together), extremely mild fold wear, title written on the back in biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good.
