CONDITION :
Approximately 3 tiny tears and mild creasing on the left edge, very light horizontal crease line just below the top edge (possibly from a frame), extremely mild fold wear including a tiny separation on the left vertical fold line (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), light surface creasing around the left fold intersection on the center vertical fold line, otherwise excellent!
