Tiny tear and mild creasing/edge wear on the left edge, tiny tear and mild edge wear on the bottom edge, two tiny tears and mild edge wear on the right edge, light creasing to the corner tips, pinhole near the bottom right corner, 3 to 4 pinholes near the other corners, mild fold wear including a small wear hole at the left fold intersection plus a small tear on the center horizontal fold line, otherwise very good.
