2 cm slither torn from the top edge (near right corner), 1 cm tear along with mild creasing/edge wear also on the top edge (mostly near the corners), moderate creasing on the bottom edge, very mild creasing on the side edges, several small white surface creases near both side edges (the creases go a little further inward on the left), 3 cm and a 2 cm crease above and below the ALTIVE MEDIA text on the bottom right corner, otherwise okay.
