CONDITION :
Extremely tiny tear near the bottom of the right edge, extremely tiny tear at the center of the bottom edge, a couple of extremely tiny white unprinted speckles just below the bottom center, 2 to 3 tiny pinholes near both top corners, light creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds as issued), otherwise excellent!
