CONDITION :

3 x 2 cm patch of tape adhesive staining near the bottom of the left vertical fold line, 3 cm thin patch of tape adhesive staining just right of the bottom center, 3 cm thin line of tape adhesive staining from the top edge down into the O in the YOUR text, slight yellowing around the edges and fold lines, 2 cm triangular pinhole tear near the top right corner, seven tiny pinholes and a couple of tiny dark print marks around the top left corner, a 5 cm and a 4 cm diagonal surface crease in the white background just right of the bottom of the left vertical fold line, mild fold wear including a tiny separation on the center vertical fold line along with white stress marks on some of the fold lines and additional creasing around and between some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), additional creasing around the center vertical fold line, otherwise very good.
