CONDITION :

Two 1cm edge tears on the bottom edge, small edge tear and a couple of small faint brown spots of damp on the right edge, tiny edge tear on the top edge, 2cm green mark just left of “THE” in the Mulberry Bush title, 6x2cm grease stain on the back of the poster which is barely visible on the front (just the bottom of the white “HA” in “CHATO’S” has darkened slightly), very mild fold wear including a tiny tear at the center fold intersection, title written on the back of the poster in blue biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), some tiny brown spots of damp on and around the back of the center vertical fold line (Not noticeable on the front), Otherwise Very Good.
