Three 1 cm tears and approximately 18 tiny tears on the bottom edge along with mild creasing, small crease across the bottom left corner, a little surface creasing around the bottom left corner, small tear on the right edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears on the top edge along with mild creasing, two small white surface creases near the top center and one near the top left corner, otherwise Very Good.
