2 cm circular patch of sticker adhesive near the bottom left corner, 14 cm diagonal white crease line across the top left corner with a 1 cm tear at the top edge of it, two tiny tears also on the top edge, two tiny tears on the bottom edge, 1 cm crease across the bottom left corner, 1 cm tear along with very mild creasing on the left edge, some light surface wrinkles throughout (mostly near the edges), fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines), otherwise good.
