CONDITION :

1 cm tear near the top of the left edge, a couple small creases on the left edge, mild creasing along the top edge, small spot of paper loss on the tip of the bottom right corner, very mild creasing and a couple of tiny tears on the bottom edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), some light surface creasing near the left edge, otherwise good.
