CONDITION :
3 cm tear and a tiny tear on the top edge, extremely tiny tear on the bottom left corner, extremely mild creasing around the edges, pinhole near every corner and the center of every edge, fold wear (white stress marks on all fold lines), several small white surface creases near the right edge and a couple near the left edge, a few light surface wrinkles throughout, otherwise good.
