CONDITION :

The bottom edge is a little crisp and wavy indicating that it probably became a little damp at some point (there is a faint water outline around the bottom left corner area, but other than that I can see no apparent additional staining), two tiny tears also on the bottom edge, extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, 2 cm tear and mild creasing on the right edge (this edge may have also become slightly damp as there are numerous tiny little waves in it), surface creasing near the left edge including a few tiny white stress marks, light diagonal crease from top to bottom going through the left vertical fold line and a similar crease going through the right vertical fold line, fold wear (including heavy white stress marks on the left and center vertical fold lines along with additional creasing around the fold intersections), 1 to 2 pinholes near every corner (the pinholes near the top right corner have torn together), otherwise okay.
