1.5 cm tear with three tiny tears and surrounding creasing near the bottom of the left edge, approximately 8 tiny tears and mild/moderate creasing to the rest of the left edge, a couple of tiny creases on the top edge, small tear and very mild creasing on the right edge, small crease on the bottom edge, light surface creasing near the top and bottom edges, otherwise good.
